Terry has been operating a tremendous buyers brokers business in Charlotte for quite some time now and we are so very lucky to have him on the ground working with all the CondoDomain clients!

Terry came to this industry from a lifetime in professional sales, owning multiple businesses in everything from advertising to residential construction. He sold his own home many times and it was the use of a well regarded local Realtor to sell my last rental home which made me think about pursuing this career change. Yes, like many of you I suspect, he thought the bar for success in Real Estate was quite low. While he was vastly interested in real estate, he was equally determined to find a new way.
